некогда "застывший" проект блокированных жилых домов (http://www.pominchuk-architects.com/2013-lazkovsky), который мы разрабатывали на данном участке ранее, приобрел новую жизнь. изменившаяся программа проекта, технология возведения и разделение участка на части определили новый тип блокировки одноэтажного жилого дома. принятая в проекте планировочная схема и ориентация блоков по сторонам света позволили создать комфортное пространство для жизни как в доме так и на прилегающем к нему участке.

the once "frozen" project of terrased houses (http://www.pominchuk-architects.com/2013-lazkovsky), which we developed on this site earlier, acquired a new life. the changed project program, the new construction technology and the division of the plot into parts determined a new type of blocking of a single-storey residential building. the design plan and the orientation of the blocks around the world allowed to create a comfortable space for living both in the house and in the adjacent area.
